Jay-Z will be kicking off his 4:44 tour in Anaheim California and making stop in cities like Las Vegas, Phoenix, Dallas, Miami, and many more. The tour is set to start sometime in October and wrap on December 21st in Los Angeles. Of course Members of Tidal the Moguls music and video streaming app will have first dibs on the tickets once they go on sell.
